TDS defines intended use, properties, application conditions and limitations.

Safety information

SDS or MSDS covers hazards, handling, storage, transport and emergency measures.

Test evidence

Test reports are checked for product identity, standard, laboratory, date and applicable scope.

Batch evidence

COA or batch records relate declared properties to a supplied production batch where available.

Application records

Substrate, weather, quantity, thickness, laps, welding and detail checks belong to the project record.

Handover verification

Flood, spray, seam, thickness or adhesion testing is selected to suit the system and project.
